I finally had the chance to enjoy dinner at Sanwa. While the lively atmosphere at the counter is appealing, this time I was able to relax and savor my meal in a semi-private room, making for a highly satisfying experience. The stylish and minimalist interior heightened my expectations.Although I had reviewed the menu in advance, seeing the actual dishes in front of me made it a delightful dilemma, as everything looked so tempting! Each dish that was served had a unique twist, offering a one-of-a-kind flavor that could only be experienced here. The standout dish was the Ezo venison grilled over charcoal, which completely changed my perception of game meat. The staff maintained a comfortable distance while providing attentive and polished service. The tableware was beautifully unified with Ginori, adding to the overall charm.I enjoy lively Italian dining, but experiencing a meal in such a refined setting is truly exceptional.Making a reservation can be challenging, but this is definitely a place I want to revisit!
