I made a reservation and visited on a Sunday evening. Since everything started at 6 PM, I took a seat at the counter, which has 6 seats, and there also seems to be a private table room available.The interior is beautiful and calm, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment of the flavors. Even as a solo diner at the counter, I could occasionally chat with the chef, making it quite enjoyable.I opted for the Omakase course, where dishes are served sequentially. The Tankaijidori chicken is a rare breed from Shiga, and its cooking is expertly done, providing a delightful texture and incredible taste. The timing of the dishes was just right, allowing me to savor each skewer as it arrived.For the finale, I could choose between ramen or a rice bowl with chicken and egg, and I went with the ramen. It had a rich broth, a perfect portion, and was absolutely delicious.This is definitely a great place to recommend when visiting Hiroshima.It was a great meal.
