I visited this place because it ranked first in the Tabelog udon restaurant category and caught my attention.I arrived at the restaurant around 10 AM. There was a line for hot udon since it takes longer to prepare, but I was informed that cold udon could be served immediately. Since it was a weekday, the wait time was about 15 minutes.I usually only eat cold udon, but I heard the hot udon was delicious, so I ordered one of each. The noodles had a nice chewiness and were just the right firmness for my taste. The cold udon was consistently delicious, but the hot udon paired well with the noodles and was also tasty, so I was glad I tried it!
