This is a high-end eel restaurant renovated from a traditional Japanese house. The course includes a variety of eel dishes such as moringa somen, grilled liver, okra with sesame, white grilled eel, uzaku, eel rice bowl, and more. The eel is grilled to a perfect crispiness, with just the right amount of fat, making the eel course not too heavy. Although it’s not grilled over charcoal, this might be a matter of personal preference. Without the smoky coating, the natural aroma of the eel shines through, but whether you enjoy that or not may vary.
