I finally got to visit "A-bon," a restaurant known for being hard to book, which has been on my wish list for a long time. I was fortunate enough to receive a reservation slot, and it was worth the wait. The parade of kushi katsu (deep-fried skewers) kept coming, and each one had an astonishingly light and delicate batter. After finishing the course, there’s an option to order additional skewers, and I could have easily eaten more than twenty without feeling full. It's truly a shame that such delicious food is so hard to reserve. This place was a fantastic gem that makes me want to return for sure.
