At this point, it all comes down to personal preference! HahaSince I came to Udon Prefecture, I had to visit the top-ranked udon shop in Japan.First, the welcome was a crowd of people... HahaIt was the weekend, and there were so many customers that there was a huge line!!!But of course, it’s udon! The turnover rate is impressive!!!Every customer had a happy face and was making delightful sounds while enjoying their udon!The thickness of the noodles, the chewiness, and the texture... Personally, I wish there was a bit more of the wheat aroma wafting through.But honestly, seeing all the happy faces of the customers here leaves me speechless!I still have a lot to learn about udon, but I hope to find my favorite udon someday!!!It was a wonderful restaurant!!It was a great meal!
