By 5:30 PM, when the first session began, all the seats were filled.The owner appeared, and amidst the tension, the dishes were served steadily. Occasionally, there were quiet explanations about the fish, but generally, there was no introduction to what kind of fish it was or how it was prepared. However, the customers seemed to be considerate, trying to enjoy the delicious food without disrupting the owner's rhythm.Every dish was of exceptional quality, and the effort put into the appetizers and sushi was astonishing, making for a continuous surprise over the three-hour experience. The cost-performance ratio was outstanding.For the second session starting at 8:30 PM, which requires a commitment to stay until the last train, there are more dishes available, and additional orders can be made.I made a reservation for the first session again next time, but I left the restaurant thinking I would like to try the second session someday.That said, when I saw the young people waiting outside for the second session, I was surprised to see so many of them, considering that even though the cost-performance is great, it’s still a place where one can easily spend 20,000 to 30,000 yen. I was amazed by the younger generation! Until I was around 40, I had no idea how much sushi restaurants charged and was too scared to go.
