This restaurant is ranked number one on Tabelog in Tokyo. I had wanted to visit for a long time but could never secure a reservation. By chance, while checking Omakase, I found an opening for 6 PM after 3 PM on the same day, so I quickly made a reservation. I was worried because I had eaten too much for lunch, but it turned out to be unnecessary. Once the course began, I was captivated by the incredible flavors and couldn't wait for the next dish. The deliciousness is something that photos can't convey. On the day of my visit, the previous group was a bit late, and we opened around 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Since grilling takes time, the entire experience lasted about 3.5 hours, but just watching the chef's movements made the time fly by. There is a wide variety of Japanese sake available, and if you share your preferences, they will guide you with pairings. I had two beers and about four cups of sake, and the total came to just over JPY 20,000, which I thought was quite reasonable. I look forward to my next visit in July.Dishes:- Senshu Eggplant- Eri-yaki- Shio-yaki Atama- Hire-yaki- Kimo-yaki- One Bite Kabayaki- Kushi-maki- Liver- Natural Tenderloin- Shira-yaki- Kabayaki
