This restaurant is part of the Svolta group, which specializes in Italian cuisine, and is conveniently located just a minute away from Gaienmae Station. I arrived after 7 PM, and it was already bustling with reserved guests, creating a lively atmosphere filled with sophisticated and energetic patrons. Here’s what I enjoyed that day (the wine was paired):◆ Marinated Sardines ◆ Fried White Asparagus ◆ Abalone and Mushroom Sauté with Herb Butter ◆ Duck Breast ◆ Squid Ink Pasta ◆ Fresh Shirasu and Sansho Pepper Carbonara This restaurant has received high praise from many of my friends, and it’s so popular that reservations are not easily obtained. While most places at this price point offer set courses, I was delighted to find that they also have an à la carte menu. The presentation was impeccable, but I found all the dishes to be quite rich and a bit on the salty side. Choosing a restaurant is a unique experience; both the customer and the establishment select each other. I realized that being overly confident in my own taste can be problematic, reminding me of the saying "think thrice before acting" during this memorable evening.
