It was an incredible two hours that flew by.You can truly feel the vastness of Hokkaido here.Everything is sourced from Hokkaido and served at its most delicious state.I was amazed to learn that you can eat herring raw! The scallops were the best I've ever had.I believe it's worth traveling to Sapporo just to visit Arima.The chef's warm hospitality made the experience very comfortable.And while I won't say it's half the price of Tokyo, I found myself wondering if the bill was really this reasonable. I definitely want to come back!
