It had been almost a year since my last visit.It’s about a 7-minute walk from Exit 2 of Shin-sakae Station.It was raining, so I bought an umbrella at a nearby FamilyMart.I had a reservation for 5:30 PM and started my meal in a relaxed atmosphere.Today, I chose the Standard Course for JPY 8,900.We toasted with a Premium Soda made from natural water from Yamazaki.The squid appetizer was delicious. The bonito carpaccio and the fried conger eel were also very tasty, although the conger eel had a few bones.The soup was a potato soup that paired perfectly with the prosciutto.The crab cream croquette was smooth and melted away instantly in my mouth—it was incredibly delicious.The mini beef stew and hamburger were both excellent, with the beef stew being tender and the hamburger juicy.And the bread here is exceptional—crispy and satisfying.I was looking forward to the peach dessert soup. It had a slightly sour taste, but that made it refreshing and perfect for summer. I’d love to come back next year.It was a great meal.
