I visited a friend's villa, and they made a reservation at a delicious unagi restaurant. Even with a reservation, it just meant that unagi was secured for us, and the actual visit time would be decided on the reservation day. We shopped at the nearby Suzuhiro Museum while waiting, filled with anticipation as we entered the restaurant.As you can see, the unagi is piled high, completely hiding the rice underneath. It was incredibly fluffy and so delicious that I was left speechless. I've never eaten this much unagi at once—what a delight! I thought I should savor it, but it was so good that I finished it in no time. The price was JPY 8000, which is reasonable considering that going out for drinks these days can easily cost that much. I didn't feel it was overpriced at all, and my satisfaction level was high. If you love fluffy unagi, this place is a must-visit!
