This restaurant is located in a narrow alley in an area densely packed with eateries near Hamamatsu Station. Parking is available at a coin parking lot. Please note that there is an additional system fee for reservations made through the booking site. However, the deliciousness of the food is undeniable. Before the meal, they show you the eel of the day. The rice is carefully selected, and the sauce is not overly sweet. The fluffy eel is truly exceptional, and the skin is crispy. As expected, there are no bones to worry about. It is definitely worth the visit. Since it operates on a reservation basis, if you arrive early, you will have to wait outside, so planning your time is essential. I rated it 4.5 stars because, during the hot season, the smoke was a bit bothersome, which made my eyes hurt (though it’s understandable), so in my heart, I give it a 5. They adjust the sweetness of the sauce depending on the season for eel. Even though I was full, I was amazed that my stomach didn’t feel heavy or uncomfortable.
