In April, I visited GapricE. This time, I sat at a table. The counter is great, of course, but it’s also nice to enjoy delicious dishes while chatting with friends.Here’s what I had that day:○ Cold Pasta with Firefly Squid Using the usual fine noodles made by Ibonoito, this pasta is always a delightful surprise! ○ First Bonito This was my favorite of the day! So delicious! ○ White Asparagus I’ve been feeling that fritters are a bit heavy lately, but white asparagus is a different story! ○ Clams The clam risotto was packed with delicious broth—absolutely amazing! ○ Sakura Shrimp Crispy and fragrant sakura shrimp were delightful! The broad beans were also incredibly tasty. ○ Omi Beef Of course, beef is the best! Speaking of which, GapricE doesn’t use game meat, so beef is a safe choice.Now it’s time for the wife’s specialties:○ Setoka ○ Star Night ○ Neko Sweets The couple works well together, and I was completely satisfied with the desserts at GapricE. I can’t wait for my next visit! This might be my last visit to this location, though...It was a great meal!
