I was taken here!I had heard for a long time that it was incredibly delicious, and I finally got to visit after being invited.I wouldn’t say I was a huge fan of duck or soba, but the duck and soba I had here were so amazing that I can confidently say I loved them!After tasting such delicious duck, I don’t think I can enjoy it anywhere else...Not knowing what would come next made each dish exciting, and at the same time, I felt a bit sad finishing each one.The lingering deliciousness left a rich flavor in my mouth, making me eager for the next delightful dish.I could go on and on about each dish, but since the chef has a French background, the dishes leading up to the duck had a hint of French influence, and the various sauces served with them were packed with umami, making me want to lick the plate clean if I could!The grated daikon and the dipping sauce served with the duck were both delicious!They placed freshly grilled duck on top of the flavorful grated daikon, and with each bite, the rich flavor of the duck fat and tender meat oozed out!Every bite made me involuntarily exclaim, "Yum!"The soba broth served at the end was also exceptional; if you think soba broth is just the water used to boil soba, you’re in for a surprise!This soba broth is made from buckwheat flour and water, and when mixed with the dipping sauce, it creates an incredible flavor!!!It was the best soba broth I’ve ever had in my life!I can confidently say that the day I got to enjoy this meal was truly a fantastic day!I would love to come back if I get the chance!
