I finally had the chance to visit Yonemasu, a place I had wanted to go for years but could never find the opportunity or make a reservation. It made me reflect on what Japanese cuisine, dining, and hospitality truly mean, and I learned a lot. I feel it's a bit presumptuous to comment further, so I’ll leave it at that. I was able to enjoy my time from start to finish, and it’s definitely a place I want to revisit.
