I regularly visit Sangu Bashi Asaya, and it seems that making a new reservation has become even more challenging, with the next available date being a year away.Although it’s an eel course, the menu is structured in a way that keeps it interesting.Personally, I’ve been finding lengthy courses increasingly difficult to enjoy lately, but the course at Asaya was very pleasant.Incorporating elements of creative Chinese cuisine, the balance of flavors was excellent, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire course, right up to the final unaju (grilled eel over rice). This is a place I want to keep coming back to.It was a great meal!
