I had been wanting to visit this yakiniku restaurant for a long time.Since it was my first visit, I ordered a course meal. The first plate included tongue root, thick-cut tongue, tongue tip, marinated outside skirt, and salted hanging tender. As rumored, the quality of the meat was excellent, and the cut sizes were just right. While the seasoning wasn't overly strong, I enjoyed it without any dipping sauce or lemon. The quality of the hanging tender was outstanding. The second plate featured marinated red meat, and the tenderloin was particularly delicious. The third plate consisted of horumon: liver, heart, abomasum, and small intestine. The seasoning was meticulous and flavorful. The high heat from the charcoal was just to my liking, allowing me to quickly sear the meat or slowly cook it on the edge of the grill, making the experience enjoyable.I was able to eat at my own pace, and the timing for the next plate was perfect.I felt very comfortable throughout the meal.It was a great meal!
