I was looking for a place to enjoy French cuisine alone when I discovered this restaurant. I made a reservation on Tabelog for a Sunday lunch.It seems they open right at noon, so I arrived about two minutes later to avoid waiting awkwardly in front of the door.The interior features an open kitchen in a kaiseki style, where the cooking takes place right in front of the counter. The close proximity and lively atmosphere were perfect for someone like me who enjoys that kind of experience.I opted for the 10,000 JPY course with a half pairing.The modern French dishes made with Shimanami ingredients were all delicious. I truly appreciate being able to enjoy such quality at this price. I will definitely return soon. It was a great meal!
