I visited this restaurant alone on my day off. I had a course starting at 8:45 PM, and the door opened five minutes early. I was seated at a table in front of a Berkel slicer, known as the Ferrari of slicers. It was a bit cramped, but that was no problem.I didn’t know until I arrived that the restaurant's signature dish is Tada-san's Pershu and potato appetizer.Tada-san's Pershu was surprisingly generous in portion size. The potatoes were sliced extremely thin and prepared like capellini. I had never experienced potatoes with such a texture before, and they were delicious. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey. It was a great meal. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back.
