I experienced some issues with my reservation, but the staff handled it so graciously that I almost cried. Even without that, the food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich without being overpowering, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. I definitely plan to stop by again when I visit Toyama or Niigata.
