I made a reservation for the Omakase at 5:30 PM.Everything started at once, and I came alone.I have a memorable experience from about six years ago when I was deeply impressed by the food. I believe the chef's father was there at that time as well. Here, you can enjoy the finest sushi, primarily featuring ingredients from Niigata. It's hard to find sushi of this level in Tokyo.Everything was delicious, and I found myself enjoying the drinks a bit too much. The Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), which was delicate and served directly, and the lightly cooked Ikura (salmon roe) were absolutely fantastic.I will definitely come back again. It was a great meal.
