I visited without a reservation, but luckily they were able to accommodate me! I love eel and eat it often, but this was my first time experiencing such a refined unaju that truly highlights the flavor of the ingredients. The aroma of the charcoal and the deliciousness of the eel filled my mouth with happiness... it was simply the best. The atmosphere and service in the restaurant were wonderful, and I would love to come back with someone special.
