I regularly visit Chisou Nishi Kenichi, and it has become my absolute favorite. I can only say wonderful things about it. The freshness of the fish, the presentation, and the cooking techniques are all perfect, making it no surprise that it has a Tabelog GOLD rating. Even fish that wouldn’t typically be a main dish transforms into the finest ingredients in Nishi's hands.
