I feel like Ranmaru has become especially delicious lately during my regular visits. At lunch, the apprentice prepares the sushi, and you can definitely see their skills improving. The way the rice is seasoned is now far superior to before, resulting in wonderful sushi. While lunch is fantastic, I also highly recommend coming in for dinner!
