It’s been a while since I visited Sushi Yasumitsu.This time, it’s shellfish season.I usually don’t prefer shellfish as sushi toppings, but the shellfish here during this season is absolutely delicious!The akagai (red clam) was enormous, and the hiragai (flat clam) and hotaru ika (firefly squid) were also top-notch!The combination of the swordfish and flower pepper roll was perfect and incredibly tasty.I visited during shellfish season last year as well, and I’ve already made a reservation for next year.Next time, it will be crab season!It was a great meal!
