Day 2 of my Kagawa trip!I visited Suzaki Shokuryohin Ten, the third stop on my udon tour.With a top ranking in the udon category on Tabelog, I arrived before the 9 AM opening to find a long line.An older gentleman wearing a Mario hat was organizing the queue.The turnover was quick, and I was able to purchase my udon in about 20 minutes.A small udon costs JPY 350.I added a hot spring egg as a topping.The udon had a very strong chewiness.It was a great meal!
