I visited on a Saturday, and the line was quite intense. However, the turnover was fast, so I didn't have to wait long—about 30 minutes before I could place my order. I chose the small udon with a soft-boiled egg and kakiage (tempura). The noodles were absolutely delicious, with a strong chewiness that made them feel more like a drink than something to eat. It's unfortunate that this place is far from my home and not very convenient to visit, but I find myself wanting to come back occasionally. It's definitely a must-visit renowned restaurant.
