This is an incredibly famous restaurant that needs no introduction.This was my first visit since they moved from Sapporo to Ginza.Both the appetizers and the sushi were delicious.Above all, I can see why so many people are captivated by Chef Kudo's graceful techniques.The combination of the tuna and the restaurant's signature sweet shrimp with the rice was outstanding.It seems many people are calculating that the travel costs to Sapporo are about the same or even cheaper than before.While the prices are on the higher side, I think it's justifiable to visit once a year.It was truly delicious.
