This place comes highly recommended by many food enthusiasts, and I've been curious about it for a while.The menu for the day included:- Amuse-bouche- Swordfish & Fish Consommé- Horse Mackerel- Jindou Squid- Yellowtail- Sweetfish- Burdock- Red Sea Bream- Ise Lobster- Suruga Elegant- Kirapika- Coffee & SweetsEssentially, it was all about fish! After all, when you think of Shizuoka, fish comes to mind.Everything was delicious, and I really enjoyed the chewy bread. The water with floating roses that came out towards the end was particularly memorable—it had an incredible fragrance and looked so elegant!To my surprise, dessert was strawberry daifuku! What a delightful twist!The staff were very kind, even singing for us, and I am truly grateful for that!It was a great meal.
