I had dinner at "Alarde" located on the 1st floor of the Awaza Sign Company Building in Nishi Ward, Osaka. I enjoyed the Basque cuisine crafted by owner-chef Yoshitsugu Yamamoto. It was a blissful experience to savor all 8 dishes at a leisurely pace. I was truly impressed by the deliciousness of the meat roasted in the wood-fired oven. The wine was also exceptional.
