I had lunch at "Rin" located in Chitose-cho, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This eel restaurant serves "Deshiko Unagi" sourced from Lake Hamana. The name "Deshiko" comes from the idea of preserving tradition ("de"), continuing to evolve ("shi"), and delivering happiness ("ko").It's quite difficult to make a reservation here, so I decided to splurge and try the grilled eel (half portion). The incredibly delicious eel, served with fresh wasabi and salt, is a must-try!
