I visited this restaurant in Roppongi for the first time. I made a reservation for a yakitori course starting at 6 PM, which cost JPY 15,000.The appetizers were excellent. They were truly delicious. First, they served a unique broth made from rinsed rice, which isn’t exactly a soup or pure dashi. It was something different, along with a bite-sized dish resembling a vinegared item, and they also brought out crepes.Then the grilling began, starting with chicken breast and followed by other skewers. There were 10 skewers in total. I ordered 2 additional skewers that hadn’t been grilled yet. At one point, they also served something like toast, which surprisingly tasted great—completely different from what I expected.Each skewer was juicy and flavorful, seasoned simply with salt. The taste was excellent, and the service was great as well. It’s a place where you can truly enjoy your meal, and I felt very satisfied. It’s also not too far from Roppongi Station, making it quite accessible.The counter had about 8 to 10 seats, which was very nice. I think I’ll likely come here often, and it’s also a great place to bring others, so I felt it could be used in various ways.I had a wonderful meal. It was a great experience!
