I was looking forward to visiting Sushi Dokoro Arima during my trip to Sapporo. I was able to make a reservation for 6:30 PM. First, I enjoyed the delicate flavor of the Dashi-steamed dish, topped with yam, which beautifully covered the seafood inside. The octopus was served with three different flavors, and sipping Japanese sake alongside was simply delightful. The sushi was exquisite as well. The herring was deboned right in front of me, and the sushi, infused with the aroma of shiso, was outstanding. Next time, I must make a reservation here before planning anything else. It was delicious! It was a great meal!
