I usually eat it with sauce, but the umami is so intense that it feels like a waste to dip it in sauce because the ingredients are so delicious!The meat is tender enough to cut easily, yet it retains a satisfying meatiness, with the Shabu-Brilliant Cutlet being particularly exquisite.Eating it with rock salt and the sesame oil available on the table enhances the meat's flavor to perfection!It felt like a completely different experience from ordinary tonkatsu, truly a supreme tonkatsu!
