I visited a local gastronomy restaurant in Toyama. To my surprise, the place my friend reserved was L'evo, which I had always wanted to try. Located an hour and a half from Toyama and Kanazawa stations, it appears suddenly in the middle of the forest. This ultimate local gastronomy spot is dedicated to using ingredients, cutlery, and dining tables sourced from Toyama. It was the first time I felt like I might cry while enjoying a meal.
