During Golden Week, I visited Noguchi, which I had been looking forward to. It was a rewarding dining experience.The young chef exudes joy and hospitality, and the course was outstanding, showcasing the quality of the ingredients and the meticulous preparation. Every dish was simply "exquisite."Beyond the beautiful tableware and ambiance, I truly felt that this place is one of a kind.The entire restaurant was lively, and I enjoyed a wonderful time mingling with other guests over drinks.I can't wait for my next visit!
