This is a must-visit restaurant that is worth the trip to Nagano. The charm lies in enjoying seasonal mountain and river delicacies that are hard to find elsewhere. I was particularly amazed by the cooking method that allows you to enjoy the whole sweetfish. The eel tasting experience was also fantastic, as you can appreciate the differences between each type.Not only the food, but the calm atmosphere and space are wonderful, making me think, "I want to travel to Nagano just to dine here." This is a favorite spot I would love to visit again in a different season.
