This was my third visit to Sawaishi.I often check for table availability, and sometimes I find an opening, but it had been about a year since my last visit that matched my schedule.My wife and I usually come here together, and we always enjoy watching the master prepare the dishes from our seats in front of him.I’m always impressed by how he keeps track of the orders at each table, ensuring that the meat is served continuously.Of course, the special selections are excellent, but I find that I’m satisfied with any meat I order.The outside skirt and hanging tender are particularly generous in portion, and with every bite, the delicious juices burst in my mouth.The horumon dishes are also carefully prepared and easy to eat.It made me realize that yakiniku is not just about serving cut meat.I noticed that the usually reserved manager was smiling and chatting with acquaintances at a table, which was quite memorable.I definitely want to come back!
