I made a reservation through Table Check.It's quite a coveted spot with only 8 groups allowed per day, so securing a reservation can be challenging.In the evening, there are only 4 tables available.I had a reservation for 7:30 PM, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, my meal was served around 8 PM.For parking, I recommend the time-based parking at the theater underground in front.When making a reservation, you can choose your preferred cut of meat.I selected the rare pork as my first choice, but due to supply issues, I ended up with the special tenderloin.The other three guests with me all had the loin, but I'm not sure if that was their preference.It was absolutely delicious.I wonder what kind of cooking technique creates such a texture, allowing the rich flavors of the pork's red meat and fat to shine through.This is the best tonkatsu I've ever had in my life, and I definitely want to make another reservation!
