To truly experience Kagawa's udon culture, I visited the famous "Suzaki Shokuryohin Ten." This time, I tried the cold udon, and the noodles had an astonishingly strong chewiness and a delightful elasticity. With every bite, the rich flavor of the wheat burst forth, leaving me in awe. The self-service style at the shop's entrance added to the unique atmosphere, making it a simple yet incredibly luxurious udon experience. This bowl reminded me of the true strength of authentic udon.
