This was my second visit. The ingredients were even better than last time, especially the skewers of fresh Kue from Nagasaki, fried to a perfect medium-rare—definitely worth a second order! The shrimp was also outstanding! The quality of the ingredients and the frying technique are undoubtedly the best in Japan. The wine selection was, as always, excellent.
