The balance of tenderness and flavor was exquisite.On the other hand, almost every menu item featured truffles, which I found somewhat monotonous. It felt like a strong emphasis was placed on the aroma and presentation of truffles, and I would have appreciated a bit more creativity in showcasing the flavors and cooking methods of the ingredients themselves.I believe this place would be a paradise for truffle lovers, but personally, I’m not that fond of them, so I probably won’t be returning.
