The taste, the sense of tradition, the service, and the elegance—all of it was truly satisfying.This is classic French cuisine that is simple and has been around for a long time, without any pretentiousness.I was thrilled to receive a postcard that counted the number of ducks served, starting from the first one enjoyed by Emperor Showa at the original restaurant in France. It made me realize what true hospitality is all about.While it seems they no longer prepare the sauce made with duck blood at the marble counter, they shared stories from that era with us.Through this meal, I felt incredibly fulfilled.Thank you very much.
