I visited Unagi no Matsu Ka during my trip to Matsumoto for Golden Week. As soon as I arrived at the station, I checked and found out that some items were sold out. The staff informed me that there were still some available, so I hurried over and made it just before 11 AM.The unagi rice bowl arrived about 40 minutes later. It had a sweet sauce, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. The fat was well-balanced. Since the portion of rice is quite large, I recommend that women ask for a smaller serving.It was a great meal!
