◾️Time of Visit I made a reservation for Saturday at 5:30 PM. ◾️Crowd Level There were already a few groups when I arrived, and more reservation guests continued to come in until around 7 PM. ◾️Menu Ordered - Maku Course... JPY 11,000 ◾️Atmosphere The restaurant has a casual yet upscale vibe. ◾️Service The service creates a comfortable atmosphere. ◾️Impressions While it is on the pricier side, the quality is exceptional. The Maku Course is the ultimate experience that allows you to explore every aspect of yakiniku, featuring not only the main cuts but also Chateaubriand. We started with a tasting of three types of tongue on the first plate. The tongue from the base is incredibly tender and delicious. Comparing it with the tip and underside adds an interesting twist, ensuring that there’s no monotony right from the start. Next is the popular harami, which is incredibly tender and has a great bite. Although classified as horumon, it is widely recognized as a red meat cut, and it has a quality reminiscent of marbled beef. It’s truly delicious. Don’t forget the impressive Chateaubriand. Served with white rice, it can be enjoyed as a top-tier rice bowl, or you can enhance the flavor of the fat with salt for a blissful experience. Overall, there’s no oversight from tongue to horumon. The kimchi and cold noodles, aside from the meat, are equally impressive. The final soft serve ice cream is so rich that it could easily stand on its own as a specialty. You can feel the love for food, not just meat. Their expertise guarantees a top-notch experience every time you visit.
