I had dinner at "Jigen Do" in Akasaka. What impressed me the most was the rich aroma of wood-fired cooking that was present in every dish. The exquisite cooking technique enhanced the deliciousness of the ingredients, allowing me to enjoy the smoky flavor in each plate. The open kitchen provided a lively atmosphere, as I could watch the wood-fired cooking happening right in front of me, making the waiting time enjoyable as well. With its delightful flavors, enticing aromas, and captivating presentation, this restaurant offered a high level of satisfaction. I would love to visit again in a different season.
