I visited for a quick reward lunch. From the start, my favorite dishes kept coming one after another, smoothly served. ♥In a calming space, the meticulously prepared dishes were a perfect indulgence, bringing blissful satisfaction. ♪While summer doesn’t offer as many seasonal ingredients as winter, the creativity was evident, and I felt highly satisfied regardless of the season. ^^This time, the akagai (red clam) served at its peak was simply perfect. As the restaurant gains recognition, the sushi counter can often become a place for showcasing oneself. However, this time, I had a less favorable experience at the counter. The chef was not at fault at all, but I didn’t want to burden him, so I left quickly after feeling full. ♡Thank you for the wonderful meal, chef..I hope the sushi counter doesn’t turn into a place for one-upmanship. Those who treat it as such can be quite intimidating.
