What a lucky break! I mentioned that I was planning to have the Shitakuu Lunch and provided my name and mobile number. I received a confirmation call at 11:37.I arrived at 12:16 and sat in the waiting area. Shortly after, I was moved to the counter as my table was ready. I was given a cold oshibori (wet towel) and cold water. The reserved Shitakuu Lunch was confirmed, and I requested a cold green tea for my lunch drink and regular rice.There were five staff members present, and cheerful Western music played in the background. The charcoal was lit, and it was hot!At 12:24, my meal arrived. I was informed that I could get one free refill of rice. The portion size was possibly the largest I've ever had for one person. Moreover, there were various cuts of tongue available. Having pink salt was a nice touch as well. I enjoyed alternating between the dipping sauce and the meat. I was truly impressed by the quality of the charcoal grilling and the flavors. It was pure happiness.At 12:55, I paid JPY 2,500 with PayPay and left. What an incredible price! This lunch is too cheap. I heard the Harami Lunch is also quite popular.
