【2026 Bronze】 【2026 Top 100 Restaurants】 I recently heard a lot about this rising Japanese restaurant in Higashi-Azabu, and it seems that reservations are becoming difficult, so I decided to visit. I took the Toei Bus No. 06 from Shimbashi and got off at the Akabanebashi stop to visit "Kashiwade no Tsukasa Suikouan"; rating: 4.20. The location is about halfway between Akabanebashi and Azabu-Juban, so it takes about 7-8 minutes to walk from either station. Proceeding behind the Circular Route 3, you will find a Japanese-style entrance deep within the building. Chef Tomohiro Ishida, who previously worked at the Kiccho Arashiyama main branch, has established this restaurant. ■ Omakase Course: JPY 46,200 + Japanese Sake: JPY 52,900 1.
